Your privacy is important to me. By providing personal information such as your name and e-mail address via the forms on this website, you agree to me contacting you with regard to the information you request.
Some forms on our website also include a check box asking you for permission for us to add you to our mailing list. This is an opt-in mailing list and your personal information will be used solely by me. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold or used by any other organisation.
Each email communication you receive from me will have the option to remove your e-mail address from our list.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days of payment.
I usually work with Royal Mail. Your item will arrive on your doorstep gift wrapped inside a sturdy box, wrapped in bubble wrap for safe travels, ready to give away as a gift or to keep for yourself.
When the items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. Your order will arrive within 2 – 3 days of the dispatch date.
If the order fails to reach you by the stated delivery date, contact us by email and I will look into it. If you are in need of a quick delivery, please get in touch and I will find a suitable option for you.
In the unlikely event that items become damaged in the post, please get in touch.
Due to delays and restrictions I am sending deliveries only to the following areas. If you live in a country that is not listed please get in touch and I will check if I can find a suitable option.

RETURNS POLICY
The Star and Heart Ceramic items are handcrafted. Each of them is unique and no two items are identical.
Should you wish to return any items, please return within 14 days of delivery and I can give you a full refund providing that the items are in a resalable condition.

This doesn't include postage costs unless the item is faulty. In case you decide to return an item, please ensure that you have receipt of postage as I cannot accept liability if the parcel goes amiss.

​CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF CERAMICS AND JEWELLERY

Ceramics ( wall hanging decor, totems, pendants, dishes…)
To clean your ceramics, wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to dry off. Keep your pieces away from abrasive materials or substances as it can damage the gold lustre.
All the pieces are made with earthenware and are quite sturdy. However they can break if knocked onto hard surfaces. When broken, the pieces can have sharp edges so please take note to be careful when handling. For this reason these items are meant for decoration and not suitable as toys for small children.
Jewellery and findings
All chains/findings should be kept away from abrasive substances and surfaces. To clean, just wash with warm soapy water to remove any buildup.
